Mediterranean cosiness – the communal areas at CENTURIO 5

The shared spaces in CENTURIO 5 are bright, warm, and simply furnished in a Mediterranean style. As a guest, you are welcome to use these spaces. to share, at the same time, they remain part of my private living space.
I enjoy sharing them – in the sense of a relaxed, respectful coexistence.

The direct access to the garden and the peaceful atmosphere make the living area a lovely place to rest for a while, read a book or unwind at the end of the day.

Living and dining room – cosy, Mediterranean & shared use

The living and dining room is the central room of my house.
With warm colours, natural materials and Mediterranean details, he has created a cosy, calm atmosphere.

As a guest, you are welcome to use it, for example:

  • To read
  • for a coffee or tea
  • to relax briefly
  • to enjoy the garden view

At the same time, it is also a space that I myself use – and therefore consciously designed to be simple, warm, and calm.

Through the large glass door, you directly enter the garden, which makes the room particularly bright and inviting.

Small terrace in front of the house – a quiet spot for smokers

In front of the house, there is a small, wind-sheltered terrace.
It is ideal for guests who wish to smoke, or as a brief retreat in between.
A discreet, small corner – without disturbing anyone.

Kitchen – selected areas for shared use

The kitchen is primarily my private space, but as a guest you have Selected zones available, for example:

  • Crockery & Glassware
  • Small utensils for snacks or drinks
  • Microwave
  • Air Fryer
  • Toaster
  • Hob and oven

On the ground floor, you have a separate guest toilet, also with a Japanese toilet (Geberit shower toilet).
This is the shortest route, especially when you're in the living area or out in the garden.
